Our Story

Nearly Two Decades in
Window Coverings

Founded in 2008 in Xiamen, Fujian, Shadesmart has spent close to twenty years manufacturing and exporting window coverings. Our "in-house components, in-house assembly" model means we control raw material processing, core part production, and final assembly on our own lines -- not through outside subcontractors.

This vertical integration gives our wholesale buyers a consistent, auditable supply chain: one point of contact, one QC standard, and one manufacturing source accountable for the finished product.

Research & Development

17-Person R&D Team,
20+ New Products a Year

Our R&D team focuses on structural optimization, smart integration and material innovation -- built to keep pace with what global buyers actually ask for. When a wholesale partner needs a modified headrail, a new fabric weave, or a motor protocol adjustment, the engineering work happens on-site.

This means shorter iteration cycles and fewer handoffs between design and production -- an advantage that matters when you're evaluating new SKUs for a competitive market.

  • Structural optimization -- Headrail geometry, bracket design and tensioning systems.
  • Smart integration -- Motor protocol alignment and control system compatibility.
  • Material innovation -- Fabric selection, coating and light-filtering performance.
  • OEM co-development -- Proprietary product development for branded buyers.
