Production Floor
Our Production Director oversees quality control and process engineering across all 12 production lines -- real name and background to be added once confirmed with the company.
Day-to-day, this means coordinating between the 16-person QC team and 17 R&D engineers, managing incoming material audits, in-process checks, and pre-shipment inspections across our 58,883㎡ facility. The opinions published under this role reflect direct operational experience -- not marketing copy.

Dedicated in-house QC inspectors covering three audit stages: incoming raw material, in-process assembly, and pre-shipment finished goods. The QC team operates independently from production scheduling.
17Engineers
In-house R&D engineers supporting OEM product customisation, new shade mechanism development, and motorisation integration. Custom fabric specs and private-label components are handled internally -- no outsourced design work.
