One Air Layer, Lightweight Profile
A single row of hexagonal cells creates one contained air chamber across the window span. Suitable for light-filtering applications where a slim stack height is preferred. Cell geometry is precision-controlled during fabric folding and bonding.

Two Stacked Layers, Deeper Barrier
Two discrete air layers stack vertically, increasing the depth of the thermal barrier between glass and room interior. This configuration reduces convective heat transfer more effectively than a single-cell equivalent. Available in both light-filtering and room-darkening fabric weights.

Superior Thermal Control
A smaller inner cell is suspended within each outer chamber, creating a layered air-pocket structure that enhances both thermal resistance and sound attenuation. OEM cell-geometry specifications are accepted, contact us with your target performance requirements.
Each cell functions as a contained air chamber. The geometry of the cell -- single, double, or triple -- determines how many discrete air layers are stacked and the overall depth of the thermal barrier.

Honeycomb cells need enough fabric structure to hold their shape over years of use. A shade that collapses or distorts within its first operational year is a sourcing failure -- not a product failure. We build cellular shades with material weight and bonding integrity as primary engineering constraints, not as afterthoughts to hitting a price point. Bonding Integrity
Cell walls are bonded using a controlled heat-adhesion process to maintain structural form under repeated extension and retraction cycles.
Fabric Weight Tolerance
Incoming fabric is tested for GSM consistency before entering the production line -- material outside specification is returned to supplier.
