In-house material and production control makes batch-to-batch color consistency and traceability possible at scale. Because fabric sourcing, cutting, rail assembly, and final inspection all happen within our 58,883㎡ facility, we eliminate the supplier-chain variability that typically causes color drift between project phases.
Our 16-person QC team conducts incoming material checks, in-process inspections, and pre-shipment audits -- with documentation available upon request for compliance-sensitive projects. We are transparent about one limitation: for very long production runs split across multiple calendar quarters, minor dye-lot variation is possible; we advise clients to communicate full project volumes upfront so we can batch-produce accordingly.
