Stage 1
Incoming Material Inspection
Every fabric roll, rail component, and motor unit is inspected before entering the production line. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned to supplier.
Stage 2
In-Process Quality Checks
QC inspectors conduct sampling checks at key assembly milestones -- including fabric cutting, hem bar attachment, and mechanism calibration -- to catch defects before completion.
Stage 3
Pre-Shipment Audit
Before every wholesale shipment, a final functional and cosmetic audit is performed against the original order specification. QC reports are available to buyers on request.
